We have limited catering available now and will be a full service caterer by December 2013! We will feature two different conference/banquet areas with seating up to 50. First off, we will be cooking at the James Beard House in New York! It will be on June 2nd, if anyone is interested let me know and I can help you get a ticket. Always dreamed of cooking there. A place where the world's best chef's have cooked. Going to be amazing! Second, our next dinner is going to be in Boise. I have a feeling we are going to sell out any second, let me know right away if you're interested. Lastly, we have a really great dinner coming up in May. We will only be using food from 20ft to 100 miles. That is the parameter and it will be at Quillisascut Farm which is even better! Going To New York!

Found out I am going to New York. I won the regional competition for the Vitamix Challenge from www.starchefs.com and am going to compete against the 5 other us regions at the International Chefs Congress in October. Time to show what kind of food is coming out of the Inland Northwest. What other way is there to see New York besides when someone else is paying? AWESOME!

Our last dinner for Art on the Edge was great! We had fun with the carnival/fair themed dinner. June bike ride with Roast House Coffee is coming up next, then our Wandering Table dinner. Decided we would use a ticket system for our dinners. So to make this experience more enjoyable, you could just pre-pay for your dinner. No need to tip or bring any money with you, just pay for your tickets online @ www.brownpapertickets.com It's just like going to a show. Less hassle for you and us, and no bill after dinner. You still need to make the reservation with us, then I will give you a password to purchase your ticket(s). I'm excited about this and think it will be a nice feature and convenience.

We are starting to get ready for our dinner this weekend and are really excited! Also a great article about our Inland Northwest food movement came out today. Here's a link. I have finally decided to do this. This is something that I have done in restaurants. It is a nomadic chef's table. A place where you can try the best of what is available. A chance to build an unique experience that would be individual to that night, and will never be reproduced.

I have read of mysterious underground chef's tables, I think they are key to evolving what we eat and our food culture as a community. The food that comes from these is hand crafted and made from pure heart. This is what I am trying to create.
