I have finally decided to do this. This is something that I have done in restaurants. It is a nomadic chef's table. A place where you can try the best of what is available. A chance to build an unique experience that would be individual to that night, and will never be reproduced.

I have read of mysterious underground chef's tables, I think they are key to evolving what we eat and our food culture as a community. The food that comes from these is hand crafted and made from pure heart. This is what I am trying to create.
